Contact 6E Club: How to Reach Us and Where to Get Help Today

Official 6E Club guideReviewed

Want to contact 6E Club about the free games, a mistake in a guide or a copycat page? This page explains where things stand right now, what you can sort out on your own today, and where to go at once if someone has taken money from you in the 6E Club name.

Our Inbox Is on Its Way

At the moment there is no email address, phone line or WhatsApp number for this site. A support inbox is being set up, and its address will be listed on this page as soon as it works. Until then, please do not trust any address or number that claims to be ours.

The lack of a phone line is not an accident. The games keep your account only in your own browser, so nobody here can see your coins, reset your password or move anything for you. A support agent would have nothing to look up, which is exactly why a caller offering to “fix” your account is not real.

Solve Most Problems Today

Most questions people would send to contact 6E Club already have an answer on the site. The table points each common problem to the quickest fix.

Common problems and where to find the fix
ProblemWhat to do
Cannot sign inOpen the same browser on the same device where you made the account; accounts do not sync between phones
Forgot the passwordThere is no reset, because nothing is stored online. Make a new account with a new username
Account vanishedClearing site data or using a private window removes it for good. A new account starts with 5,000 coins
Coins ran lowPress Refill coins inside the game to go back to 5,000. No code or payment is needed
Timer or screen looks stuckReload the page. The round clock follows your device clock, so set the phone’s date and time to automatic

Step-by-step fixes for sign-in, coin and display problems are in the 6E Club help desk for common problems, and short answers on rooms, results and ranks are in the questions page grouped by topic.

Report Cyber Fraud Straight Away

If you paid someone who promised coins, a code, a withdrawal or “sure” predictions, do not wait for our inbox. Act the same day:

  1. Stop sending money, even if they say one more fee will release everything.
  2. Keep screenshots of the chat, the payment and any profile or group names.
  3. Call the national cyber fraud helpline on 1930, or file a complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
  4. Tell your bank or UPI app through the number printed on your card or inside the app.

Phone Numbers That Claim to Be Us

Search results, video comments and chat groups sometimes show a “6E Club customer care” number. Since this site has no phone line, every such number belongs to someone else. People behind them usually ask for an OTP, a screen-sharing app, a UPI PIN or a small “verification” payment. Real help never needs any of those.

If a caller or message already has some of your details, change any password you shared, check your bank activity and report the number at 1930.

Corrections and Copycat Reports

We welcome corrections to any guide and reports of copycat pages, fake apps or fake numbers using the name. Until the inbox opens, keep a note of what you found so you can send it later:

  • The web address, app name or phone number involved.
  • A screenshot showing what it says or asks for.
  • For a correction, the page and the sentence that looks wrong.

Never include passwords, OTPs or bank details in a report. You can read how the site checks its facts on the about page, or return to the 6E Club home page.

If You Need to Talk

Some messages are not really about the games. If play, money or stress feels too heavy, Tele MANAS offers free, confidential support on 14416 at any hour. You do not need a reason that sounds big enough.

Adults 18+ only. Play coins on 6E Club are a free game balance with no price and no cash value, and every result is a fresh random draw that nobody can see in advance. Online money games have been against the law across India since 1 May 2026 (Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025). See the free helpline list for time limits, breaks and free help.
